Jesus said to the Young man “If you want to be perfect, go sell what you have and give to the poor and you will have treasure in heaven and come follow Me.”
There is more to life than self……go give
- Because we have something to share
- Because God tells us to – an act of duty
- Because it makes us feel good
- Because we want to care for one another
- Because position, power or possessions never fill the emptiness within
- Because they need our support
